Welcome to the Conley Estates! Where the grass was tall and green, everyone in the family grew their gardens, and the horses ran free. The smell of hickory filled the air for days from grandad's wooden smoke house. Brittian Conley, a Pearl Harbor Survivor, was known as the "Tomato Man" for his natural big and sweet tomatoes. He was also known for his hickory smoked deer sausage that he would slow cold smoke for days. This tradition was passed on to his son, my father, Eric Conley the face of the company and the master mind behind it all.
